I'm having issues with trying to use my save file on an older version of the game were it tells me that the save file is not compatible and it gives me the option to delete the save file

how could I update an older version of this game and keep my saves that I have

I cant really see the text on more info because my screen is too small

is there a way to save your game so I don't have to keep on restartin?

I ran into an issue loading up 0.47 where it said, "

IOError: Couldn't find file 'video/welcome.webm'." I played version 0.45 on PC and I am hoping to not lose all my progress. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Do I have to delete this version and reinstall it?
